What We Ask
One demo. Thirty minutes. Your rules.
The ask is low. The standard is high. Here’s exactly what participation requires.
- One standardized demo, 30 minutes or less. Recorded on your own time, following our category-specific outline. No live presentation. No scheduling conflicts. No tech failures on your end that become our problem. Make it great.
- Follow the format. Every vendor in your category covers the same workflows. This is what makes the reviews fair and the comparisons useful. If your product doesn't do something in the outline, say so. Recruiters respect honesty.
- Promote your listing. Once you're live, we ask that you let your audience know — at minimum four times a year, or aligned with your existing partner communication cadence.
- A referral agreement. We'll establish a trackable affiliate relationship before your listing goes live. If you already have a formal affiliate program, we'll join it. If not, we'll set up a simple custom arrangement together.
What we don't do.
We don’t take money for placement. No vendor pays to participate. Your listing is earned, not purchased.
We don’t let vendors approve reviews before publishing. You have no editorial control over what Rich and Tricia say about your product. Every vendor knows this going in.
We don’t bury a product because their competitor has a bigger deal with us. Affiliate status has zero effect on our assessments. We’ve recommended products we have no affiliate relationship with. We’ve been critical of products we do.
If your product is confident enough to stand on its own — if you’re willing to let it speak for itself in front of an audience that knows recruiting — we want you here. If that’s a problem, this isn’t the right platform for you.
